Job Title: CRM Analyst Location: Nottingham Contract : Perm Recruitment Partner : Noaman Hussain About the role Within the Marketing department, you will be working in the Customer Marketing Analytics team, in an area that specialises in campaign activation across a range of owned and paid personalisation channels. Your role will help to increase the efficiency of our campaign activation through: Continual development of our campaign platforms, working collaboratively with teams across the business Analysing and optimising our campaign data inputs Building relationships with our third party platform providers to ensure we drive best value from our investments Analyse the results for campaigns (across email/app/social) Building automated solutions for reporting and analysis Continually improving existing processes to enhance our team’s capabilities across campaign delivery and measurement What you'll need to have Relevant previous experience or a degree with strong quantitative elements (i.e. includes statistics modules), such as Maths, Physics, Geography, Psychology Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems, using available data to develop a scalable solution Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be presenting complex results to less technical audiences Strong attention to detail The drive to proactively investigate potential problems Ability to organise own workload, often balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously Confidence talking to others and building rapport. Working effectively with our media agency, external suppliers and marketing teams is a key part of the role It would be great if you also have Proficiency in a coding language such as SQL, R, Python etc. Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI Experience of targeting, optimisation or measurement of Marketing activity, using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud, Adobe campaign or similar Experience using relational databases Demonstrable record of delivering results in a commercial environment.
