We are seeking to appoint a Business Improvement and Project Manager for our Course Administration Team, as part of a transformational change project which sees the convergence of teams formerly based in academic schools and central services.
This is a pivotal role in the effective transformation of course administration, with an initial focus on how we deliver a consistent and rationalised course administrative function to the different academic schools.
You will possess an analytical approach and either hold a Project Management qualification or have equivalent experience of managing projects in a complex organisation and will be educated to a degree level or with significant equivalent work experience.
Key duties include:
- Managing a range of projects and initiatives
- Provide project reporting and status to senior management
- To envision and incorporate new ideas and initiatives, and ensure that these are implemented effectively by the course administration team and relevant stakeholders
- To author and develop processes and procedures to meet the Universitys needs for course administration
