As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
2. Making children feel welcome and handing out balloons.
3. Organising special events and looking after customers' specific needs.
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
5. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
6. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers.
7. Keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus the ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour should come naturally to you, and you should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working both efficiently and productively is essential.
