Usedirect Belfast Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm (Thursday late finish 8pm Saturday on a rota) Salary: Basic £35,000 OTE £60,000 We are recruiting for a Showroom Manager to join the team at Usedirect Belfast situated at 62 Boucher Road. This vacancy would be perfect for an experienced Sales Executive to make the move into a Management role or for a current Showroom Manager to make the switch to join a market leading automotive retailer - Charles Hurst. You would be responsible for the daily management of our Sales Executives looking after New and Used car sales, and would report directly to the General Manager. Although small, this team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and exceeding their sales targets. Working alongside Ricky you will also help to support him in his role and will gain the experience and knowledge required to take your Automotive career to the next level. You will also support the Sales Team to identify the appropriate vehicle, funding and additional products, based on individual customer’s suitability and requirements. You will be responsible for managing vehicle sales processes within the site, whilst achieving and exceeding sales and profit objectives. You will need to motivate and develop the sales team. The sales process will be fully compliant, whilst meeting agreed profitability targets. You will also maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the understanding and adherence to customer satisfaction indicators within your dealership. We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to embrace the challenge of collaboratively leading within a successful car sales department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is essential along with an understanding of all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations.
