My client here in Lincoln is looking for a Social Media Executive to join their fantastic team.
Requirements of the Role: Demonstrable experience in a social media marketing role, preferably in B2C. Creative mindset with proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe or Canva. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-driven with a keen eye for detail. The requirements of the role Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X) Develop and implement content calendars for organic and paid content strategies. Set up, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. Create engaging content across various formats (written, video, and images) tailored for each platform. Conduct photo and video shoots for social media Influencer outreach and relationship building to further brand awareness Collaborate with the wider marketing team, designers, and our in-house photographer & videographer to deliver cohesive campaigns. Oversee and optimise TikTok Shop performance, driving product visibility and sales growth. Track and report on key performance metrics for all platforms, including growth, engagement, and sales, using insights to refine strategy. Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices to ensure maximum impact and reach. Continuously monitor and evolve the social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth. Support additional marketing initiatives and miscellaneous ad hoc duties as required.
In return for your qualities and experience, the company can offer a great work environment with an annual salary of £27,000 You will be based in the office and are required to work for 37.5hrs per week but there is flexibility on the actual start and end times so could be a great fit for your lifestyle.
