Eye4 Recruitment are working with a reputable client based in Farnham, we're looking for an Sales Administrator to join our small friendly office-based team.
A highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail, you will be responsible for the sales order process, from order receipt to invoicing and despatch to our UK and worldwide customer base.
KEY RESPONBILITIES:
* Order Processing
* Order analysis
* Checking despatch and delivery schedules
* Invoicing (including export documentation)
* Liaison with Production /Warehouse
* Incoming call response and customer liaison
* Generating weekly sales reports
* Updating customer data base and price book
* Liaising with shipping companies
* Customer support
* Assisting Accounts Manager with varied accounting procedures and functions
* General office duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 1 years administration experience
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
