Commercial Regional Sales Manager
I am recruiting for a Commercial Regional Sales Manager to take charge of the South UK region. You'll drive sales of platform lifts, wheelchair stair lifts, and step lifts across commercial properties and new builds, using a consultative approach to exceed customer expectations and ensure you become the go-to provider for mobility solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with end-users, architects, developers, and contractors.
* Drive sales through proactive prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
* Manage and grow an existing pipeline, working closely with Business Development to exceed targets.
* Provide tailored solutions by understanding client needs and guiding them on product benefits.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and outstanding service.
* Knowledge and skills
* Must be able to read and understand architects drawings
* Must have a sound understanding of the construction market
* Knowledge of lifts desirable but not essential if from an engineering / mechanical background
* Previous sales experience within a customer facing / commercial environment
* Able to work independently and remotely
* Ability to work effectively with other team members
* Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in support of achieving goals and targets
* Microsoft CRM, Word, Excel
Salary:
* £38,000 - £40,000 pa (DOE)
* Commission (uncapped)
* Annual target-related bonus
