The Role: Marketing Director
As the company’s first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up. This includes:
* Leading both Web2 (B2B & B2C product marketing, branding, regulatory communications) and Web3 (crypto community engagement, Twitter/Telegram strategy, sentiment management) initiatives.
* Overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, including social media, content creation, campaign execution, and event marketing.
* Planning and executing community engagement initiatives, webinars, and events.
* Managing reputation and overcoming industry misconceptions.
* Working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product teams.
* Building and leading a marketing team as the company scales.
