The AGL team is looking for a strong candidate for the role of Program Manager- Cross Border Operation Management. In this role the successful candidate will understand Amazon's Fulfillment Network and will develop optimized processes to handle B2C shipments to connected countries. The successful candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today. Knowledge of FC operation excellence, 3PL management is a key strength for the ideal candidate. Functional knowledge of data analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses will be integral to this role. A successful candidate will be able to show proven results in developing action plans as well as improvements implemented as a result of those plans. Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to display strength influencing cross-functional teams to take action on the data, as well as developing action items to improve results over the short and long term.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of program or project management experience
2. 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3. 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
4. Bachelor's degree
5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
6. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
2. 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
3. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
4. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
