We are looking for a part-time studio/office manager with experience in architecture and/or design-related workplaces to carry out administrative roles within our friendly and collaborative South London based practice.
The ideal candidate should be looking to build experience and responsibility but also be willing to carry out the basic tasks required in supporting a busy practice.
The role covers the following studio management, finance, marketing and project support tasks:
Finance
* Assisting with monthly billing including invoicing
* Filing receipts
* Assisting with Payroll
* Liaising with the accountants
Marketing
* Curating LinkedIn and Instagram posts with input from the wider office
* Updating brochures and content
* Producing and updating website content with input from wider office team
Studio Management
* Annual leave organisation within the office
* Liaising with Human Resources
* Finding and booking conferences/talks/networking events
* Assisting with recruitment
* Assisting the director with appointment documents
* Assisting the director with the completion of bid documents
* Organising social events for the office
* Organising office CPD's
Project Support
* Assisting with drafting of project related documents such as letters and appointments
* Document control
* Organising team/client meetings
* Collating documents for issue
