About the role
Dive into the heart of manufacturing innovation as a Process Technologist at Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll refine and redefine our processes, ensuring exceptional quality and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing landscape. We're searching for a dynamic individual keen to make a significant impact by transferring cutting-edge processes from concept to production floor. Your responsibilities
1. Drive the Technology Transfer process to move efficient manufacturing practices from R & D to Production seamlessly.
2. Execute validation systems responsibly to guarantee technical excellence.
3. Enhance process development, focusing on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
4. Provide inventive technical support to our Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sites, endorsing world-class manufacturing and engineering strategies.
5. Review and optimise manufacturing processes to identify the most cost-effective supply strategies at Reckitt.
6. Implement the company's strategic goals within the Technical Department, translating objectives into actionable plans.
The experience we're looking for
1. Strong background and experience in manufacturing technology, preferably within pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of standards and regulations.
3. Skilled in interpersonal relations, with the ability to influence effectively.
4. Solid understanding of material properties and their impact on processing technology.
5. Proven capability in managing projects within set budgets and deadlines.
