My client is a leading marketing agency operating in the B2B food & drink industry.
As Marketing Project Executive, you'll be responsible for the day to day on a key retained client account while supporting the wider Client Services team with project management to ensure all work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time, every time.
This role is a reduced 32 hour per week contract. 9-3 Mon-Fri. HYBRID – 2 days in the office (Tues & Wed) – Mon, Thurs & Fri from home. Some flex on daily hours if needed, however we do need someone to work over the 5 day working week.
Salary is up to £34,000 Pro Rata.
The Role
* Support the day-to-day management of assigned client, ensuring all briefs are executed and delivered in full.
* Develop a positive working relationship with clients and gain a greater understanding of their business and business objectives.
* Create and manage internal agency briefs to support timely delivery of client briefs.
* Support the wider Client Services team with project management expertise and administrative oversight.
* Project manage multiple projects of varying scales across the Client Services team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Plan and coordinate studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling through internal tracking systems.
The Person
* Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a marketing or project management role (either in agency or in-house).
* Proven experience in client services or account management.
* Working knowledge of how to write a brief.
* Demonstrable project management capabilities.
* Experience using project management and planning tools.
* Exposure to marketing planning and delivery.
* Understanding of the digital landscape in a marketing capacity.
