ROLE SUMMARY: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cibinqo Global Marketing Team (Inflammation & Immunology) leading the development and implementation of Medical Education strategy, initiatives, and content for global markets as a Director, Medical Education Lead, Cibinqo I&I Secondment. Cibinqo (Abrocitinib) is expected to become a blockbuster product for Pfizer and is a breakthrough medicine for patients burdened with moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis. This position will play a critical role in the development and delivery of Medical Education via congresses, scientific groups, Pfizer led education events and 3rd party education channels. This role represents an ideal opportunity for a talented colleague to join a high-profile launch asset. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial expertise and a demonstrable ability to build customer solutions that maximize brand value and demonstrate a passion for HCP engagement. The position will report to the Cibinqo Marketing Team Lead. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead strategy, design and delivery of Cibinqo presence at global medical dermatology congresses and scientific events. Partner with HCP Strategy Lead & medical colleagues to share clinically relevant and meaningful data that will improve AD patient care Ensure alignment with GLocal XFT colleagues to ensure relevant and impactful customer focused delivery of omnichannel medical educational content both above and in-country Lead development and delivery of Pfizer sponsored medical education events (inc Cibinqo Masterclasses), partnering with host countries, maximizing attendance from across appropriate markets Develop and deliver impactful Cibinqo Speaker training initiatives through partnership with KOLs and GLocal colleagues Ensure robust budget and cost management maintained across complex and parallel projects Champion understanding of the Pfizer immuno-inflammation pipeline and internal & external communication goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: BS/BA required, with advanced degree highly preferred. Significant pharmaceutical experience with marketing, strategy, and product launch experience. Ability to manage large, complex projects & budgets. Proven record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating into meaningful solutions. Willingness to challenge the status-quo, strong communication, confidence & flexibility within a multi-cultural setting. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different functions and colleagues/groups and to lead by influence to effectively develop and implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders. Ability to manage strategic agencies & partners to produce solutions that tangibly impact business performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior/executive leadership. Strong analytical skills; detail oriented, action driven, and creative. Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.
