As a Site Agent you will provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen.
What you'll be doing
As a Site Agent you will:
* Provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team
* Set targets and KPI’s in line with Project / Business objectives and monitor performance
* Carry out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project health & safety plan
* Lead periodic risk reviews and take output forward to the Project Risk Register
* Appraise improvement options and lead / instigate actions as appropriate
* Implement systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works
* Ensure production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programme
* Attend and provide reports for weekly project meetings and identify improvement areas and allocate / implement appropriate actions to team members.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* BSc/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering
* Experience of working on a Civil Engineering/Construction related project
* Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
* A valid SMSTS card
* Tier 1 experience would be beneficial.
