Job summary The Moor to Sea Community Nursing Team are based at three sites in the South of Devon. Ashburton/Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth and Totnes. Other than these small towns our footprint is largely rural. We are looking for a full time Community Healthcare Support Worker (37.5hrs/PW) who is committed to high standards of care and who shows enthusiasm and a willingness to be a forceful advocate for the patients they look after. We are focused on quality of care and offer a supportive network to allow any staff member to develop their potential through education and training alongside a friendly and supportive team.
