We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Client Solutions team, focusing on delivering cutting-edge, accessible digital platforms and services using low code technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with clients and our legal teams to deeply understand their needs and business objectives.
2. Act as the Scrum Master for the Client Solutions delivery pipeline, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
3. Manage stakeholder expectations diligently and keep all parties informed of progress.
4. Prioritise and manage the workflow in the Client Solutions backlog to adapt to changing client needs.
5. Lead and develop our Legal Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
6. Oversee the management of Client Solutions low code platforms, including Thomson Reuters HighQ, Microsoft Power Platform, and Smartsheets.
7. Engage in matrixed management of cross-functional teams from IT for projects requiring specialized skills like data analytics and application development.
8. Collaborate across IT and Knowledge Management to drive technology and innovation projects forward.
9. Work in tandem with the Head of Client Solutions to deliver on the broader strategy, focusing on client success and product development.
