Purpose of the Job: As the EMEA Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for payroll processing across Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland. Your role will involve working closely with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing queries, and investigating anomalies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time, complying with all relevant regulations.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all EMEA payroll-related matters, handling complex employee queries.
* Interpret and apply policies regarding leaves, disability, allowances, one-time payments, garnishments, etc.
* Review payroll calculations for gross pay, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, pensions, absences, holidays, and leaves.
