What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring swift and supportive responses.
Driving employee engagement & well-being initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Supporting HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Conducting exit interviews and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Attending and supporting in grievance, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
Collaborating across teams and regions to develop and implement exciting HR projects.
Reviewing and refining HR policies & procedures to keep us ahead of the game.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in HR (ideally as an HR Coordinator or similar).
A confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
A proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes.
Willingness to travel when required.
