Role Overview
Quorn Foods is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Assistant Brand Manager to work within our Brand Marketing team based in Leeds!
What You'll Be Responsible For
Helping to drive growth across our Quorn and Cauldron brands in the UK, you will support the effective execution of various marketing plans in line with our overall brand strategy.
You will own the execution of below-the-line marketing plans for both Quorn and Cauldron, as well as managing key executions during comms campaign periods and NPD launches. This will include being responsible for monthly social briefs in line with the annual brand plans, as well as being the point of contact with our PR agency to ensure effective and efficient creation and deployment of plans.
You will also support the design-to-print process for new products, including photo shoots, pack design, and visualization, along with supporting our Brand Activation Manager on the creation of campaign style guides for retail media.
The position will be based from our Leeds office (Thorpe Park, LS15) circa 3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
* Initial background in a brand/marketing focused role, ideally within the FMCG sector or working agency side.
* Be educated to undergraduate degree level minimum in a marketing related subject.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Adaptable and driven nature with the ability to manage multiple different projects at once at high pace.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process

1. 1st Stage - 45 mins/1 hour Microsoft Teams introductory call with our Head of Brands & Resourcing Partner.
2. 2nd Stage - in-person interview at our offices in Leeds with key stakeholders from our Brand Marketing team.
