5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
6. Organise stock levels and assist in inventory management to optimise product availability.
7. Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
8. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity.
Skills
1. Proven experience in sales management or retail management is essential.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams.
4. Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication with customers and staff alike.
5. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
