HR Project Manager – Leadership Opportunity Goldhawk Associates is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead on strategic people initiatives, compliance, and global mobility for a forward-thinking organisation with a multinational presence. This role is a blend of HR leadership, project management, and compliance oversight, ensuring best practices are implemented across UK and European operations. Key Responsibilities: Employee Wellbeing & Engagement – Develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture, retention, and overall staff wellbeing. HR Strategy & Leadership – Support managers in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development. Compliance & Employment Law – Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies across multiple jurisdictions. Global Mobility – Oversee strategy and provide guidance on international employee assignments, working closely with mobility specialists. Payroll & Taxation – Manage payroll processes, including compliance with international tax regulations. Communication & Culture – Drive effective internal communication to keep teams informed and engaged. Health, Safety & GDPR – Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental standards, and data protection regulations. About You: Proven HR leadership experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and people development. Confident in managing complex challenges with integrity and strategic thinking. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification required. Experience managing a team and navigating international HR regulations is highly desirable.
