Main duties of the job
As a Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include leading a team of nurses, senior carers, and carers to provide staff support, enhancing and promoting the residents' quality of life through effective care planning, managing and participating in the rota to ensure senior care and care support are always available, and supporting the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing the medication systems and ordering and distributing prescribed medication to residents.
