If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you As Transport Operations & Logistics Administrator, you'll play a key role in the delivery of in-house passenger transport services for the County Council. You'll have a variety of in-house and external contacts, including transport operational staff, maintenance contractors, suppliers and senior officers. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of practical and office based support, helping to ensure the effective operation of our services. Experience of roles with financial elements would be very useful, including purchase orders, invoices and managing and maintaining records using MS Word and Excel. You'll need a flexible approach to work with the ability to learn new skills with an open mind. The role is based at our Warndon Depot, is for 35 hours per week, and due to the nature of the role, will require a 06:30 am start in term time. (A flexible approach can be taken outside term time).
