Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Holt Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Poole. They are looking for a sales administrator to join the company on a permanent, full-time basis. Monday to Friday. 40 hours a week, 08:30 – 16:30. No hybrid or remote working is available.
What’s the role?
As sales administrator duties will include:
- Provide support to BDMs/AM and assist with any customer-related tasks.
- Monitor and track the sales process from initial engagement.
- Work closely with the onboarding team.
- Record, track and provide reporting of sales calls, visits, and pipelines.
- Maintain customer data on the CRM systems.
What do you need?
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- To be able to organise and manage different tasks effectively.
- Highly proficient IT user, including Excel, Outlook
