Role: Engineering Administrator
Location: Worcester
Duration: 6 months initial
Rate: £18-£23 P/hr PAYE
How You'll Make an Impact:
1. Follow defined techniques, SOPs, work instructions, and processes to ensure quality standards are achieved.
2. Work with technical and engineering personnel supporting new product development and processes.
3. Uphold the adherence to health and safety requirements.
4. Support resolutions of daily production issues that arise and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Utilize MRP and document control systems to create and maintain works order routings and data cards for manufactured products ensuring issue/version control.
2. Coordinate with other disciplines within Materials Solutions such as Sales, Operations, Quality, and Procurement.
3. Support processing of product deviations.
4. Maintain engineering documentation storage.
5. Support management and processing of engineering lessons learned and change control processes.
6. Support to maintain team KPIs and associated reports.
7. Ensure the quality requirements are met during AM manufacturing to internal and customer requirements.
8. Support Additive Manufacturing Engineers to ensure parts are manufactured within specifications and delivered on-time.

7. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
8. Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system.
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Excel, Word.
10. Proficient with MS packages and ERP systems.
11. Fluent in English.
12. Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
