We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that the app ranks highly in app stores through effective ASO strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to deliver exceptional product experiences while optimizing for discoverability and user engagement in app stores.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO).
* Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization techniques.
* Experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in ASO tools like Sensor Tower, App Annie, or TheTool.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and user acquisition strategies for mobile apps.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of mobile app marketing, user retention strategies, and growth hacking techniques.
* Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and strategy to development, launch, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Develop and implement effective App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to increase app visibility, downloads, and rankings in app stores.
* Conduct keyword research, optimize app metadata, and track app store performance to ensure the app ranks well for relevant search terms.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling app icons, screenshots, and descriptions that enhance app store discoverability.
* Monitor user reviews and ratings, gathering feedback to improve product features, functionality, and overall user experience.
* Perform A/B testing on app store creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and improve app performance.
* Analyze app store performance data, track key metrics such as downloads, retention rates, and user acquisition, and use insights to guide product decisions.
* Work with the development team to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements based on ASO and user data.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest app store policies, trends, and algorithm changes, adapting ASO strategies as needed to maintain competitiveness.
* Drive product marketing initiatives, including launch campaigns, user acquisition strategies, and user engagement plans, to maximize product reach and retention.
