Job Description:
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. This part-time role is crucial for managing HR documentation, conducting staff inductions, addressing employee queries, and handling disciplinary processes when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all documentation related to Human Resources.
2. Conduct staff inductions, including ‘Right to Work’ checks.
3. Ensure completion of health & safety inductions.
4. Manage holidays, absences, and return-to-work interviews.
5. Address employee complaints and queries.
6. Conduct disciplinary meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes.
7. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. HR CIPD or similar qualification.
2. Proven people skills with the ability to gain employees' trust and respect.
3. Ability to build internal relationships with a diverse team of colleagues.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain objective under all circumstances.
