Excellent opportunity for a commercial property residential development solicitor to join a high performing, market leading team in their central Bristol office.
This team advise a number of leading clients both LPC and SMEs on both a national and international basis. They advise household named companies and are trusted as one of the highest performing teams of its kind. This role would not involve any plots matters as these are dealt with by a specialist team which is separate. The team deal with developments from beginning to end and provide comprehensive advice across the entire project lifecycle. They advise high quality clients on complex residential development matters.
This fantastic team are interested in meeting with solicitors from 3+ PQE with impressive experience across a broad range of residential development matters.
