Senior Bid Manager
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid - Commutable from Swindon, Bristol, Newport, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Coleford, Lydney)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus & Great Benefits Package

In this role, you will be a key member of the commercial team, providing support across the commercial, business development, and operational functions. You will be tasked with supporting high-profile international clients, developing commercial relationships, and growing the business revenue through new bids and tenders.
The Role:
1. Playing a key role in the commercial operations of the business
2. Full tender & bid strategy
3. Dealing with a range of clients from blue-chip international businesses to governments and the military
4. Lead and manage contractual negotiations
The Person:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Able to manage full bid/tender processes
3. Knowledge of international contracts
4. Looking for a hybrid role - 2/3 days in the office
