Main duties of the job
In this role, being the first team member our clients meet, you will manage a mix of administrative duties such as phone consultations, handling data processing to managing our reception desk and ensuring smooth client care. You will speak to our clients face to face and over the phone, making sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
