We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team starting in September. Role Overview: As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential in mathematics. You will play a key role in developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills, preparing them for academic success and beyond. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students of varying abilities. • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. • Develop and implement schemes of work in line with the national curriculum and examination board specifications. • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles. • Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events. • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being. • Contribute to the extracurricular life of the school, including mathematics clubs or competitions. Qualifications and Experience: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. • A degree in Mathematics or a related field. • Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level. • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best. • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
