Creative Project Manager - Retail Build / Visual Merchandising / Window Display - Permanent - £50K
We're working with a busy creative production agency who work in the world of events and fashion retail display who are based in South East London. They have a new role for a Creative Project Manager to come on board to manage some of their key accounts across a range of projects.
As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a major role in the management of jobs and projects at every level across the studio. Liaising directly with clients, the studio and production teams ensuring briefs are delivered on time and on point.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to ensuring effective project management of high-quality work while under the pressures of time and budgets.
These are your main duties so it'd be great if you've got similar experience:
-To act as the lead to the project team members in their communications with the client, being the primary link between the agency and their clients.
-Receiving briefs from clients and interpreting them into orders to be quoted on their internal project management system
-Planning and scheduling project timelines, with generation and management of all critical paths, both internal and external
-Regularly updating clients and suppliers on their job status and fulfilling all clients’ needs and expectations.
-Exploring, developing, sampling and costing with various external partners, materials and print suppliers, and formers
-Monitoring large and small deliveries, and working on in-house production scheduling with Production and Operations management
-Co-ordination of spreadsheets for roll outs, including managing data breakdowns for each team and analysing data for quoting.
-Liaising with the studio, manufacturing, dispatch and installation partners to ensure jobs and projects are on track and feedback to clients on their status.
-Preparing installation briefs for bespoke jobs.
-Ensure all accounts are kept up to date and invoiced accurately on time.
It's essential that you have the following skills:

-Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
This role would really suit a project manager or senior PM with at least 5 year's experience from a 3D visual merchandising, retail build or fashion brand background or even someone working for a brand who'd like to make the switch over to the agency world.
Experience in Adobe creative suites is a bonus, and an ability to manage multiple projects of varying nature simultaneously.
