Key Responsibilities: Finance Duties: Handle the processing of purchase invoices for both suppliers and subcontractors. Generate purchase orders as needed. Manage mid-month and month-end payment processing. Prepare and submit CIS reports to HMRC. Execute month-end tasks, including supplier account reconciliations. Carry out general administrative duties within the accounts department. Respond to business calls and provide assistance to clients and suppliers. Cover for team members during their absence. IT Duties: Provide help with basic IT queries, such as troubleshooting computer startup issues. Assist team members with login issues and server access problems.
