Salary: Grade 4 (£24,500 - £27,250)

What are we looking for?
As a Progression Officer, you will be responsible for the engagement and progression of customers to support in the achievement of sustained job and learning outcomes as part of our National Careers programme. Progression Officers will work remotely to ensure customers receive outstanding support throughout their journey. You will work towards strict targets and guidelines in accordance with the programme obligations and National Careers process as directed by the DFE Guidance.
This role is essential in our drive to support customers looking for their next steps in their career and learning journey. You will build and maintain effective rapport with customers to ensure they are supported in gaining employment.
You will be adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving, and targeted environment, coordinating the support required. Your exceptional planning and organisational skills will ensure that all customers receive appropriate assistance in securing sustained employment and taking the next step in their individualised career journey.
