You will be joining our small friendly and experienced team who are committed to making positive change to the quality of data held in our systems. The role will support the delivery of land development programme across the Central development team area. There are some exciting and creative projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the delivery support offering. Person specification Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders in the development team you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You will be comfortable communicating at all levels and have the confidence to question and challenge. The ability to analyse data from different sources and systems is key as well as always ensuring accuracy and quality of work. You will be able to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills and be a fast learner with a can do attitude towards work and overcoming challenges. You will be proficient in the use of appropriate IT systems Microsoft word, excel (intermediate level) SAP BI, a knowledge of Power BI would advantageous. Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a development team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
