Role Overview As Night Concierge, you will be the central point of contact during the night shift, responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all residents and guests. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, from managing check-ins and guest requests to overseeing building security and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of high-net-worth individuals in a luxury setting. Key Responsibilities Guest Services: Greet and assist residents and guests with requests, offering a personalised, professional service that reflects the luxury standards of the property. Facilitate smooth check-ins, check-outs, and any last-minute requests, ensuring all details are attended to promptly. Respond to a wide range of guest queries, including room service, restaurant recommendations, and transportation arrangements. Anticipate the needs of residents and guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations at every touchpoint. Building Operations & Security: Oversee the safety and security of the building, ensuring all security protocols are followed. Conduct regular checks of the property, including monitoring access points and ensuring all entrances and exits are secure. Manage any emergencies or incidents calmly and efficiently, coordinating with the relevant teams as necessary. Administrative Support: Maintain a clear log of all guest requests, incidents, and special instructions. Assist with overnight deliveries, package handling, and organising logistical requirements for residents or guests. Ensure all systems and databases are updated with guest preferences and requests for future reference. Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or complaints promptly, professionally, and with discretion, always striving to exceed the expectations of residents and guests. Work closely with the building’s operations team, including housekeeping and maintenance, to resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Key Requirements Experience & Skills: Proven experience in a concierge or luxury hospitality role, ideally within a residential or high-end hotel setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage delicate situations with professionalism and tact. A strong customer service ethos, with a focus on providing bespoke solutions and anticipating client needs. Experience using concierge software and basic administrative tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential. Personal Attributes: A polished, professional appearance and demeanour, with a keen attention to detail. Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. A calm, composed approach to problem-solving, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively during busy or stressful moments. Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required. Desirable Knowledge & Expertise: Familiarity with the local area and high-end services in central London, including restaurants, entertainment, and transport options. Experience with building operations and safety protocols, including emergency procedures.
