As a Customer Assistant, you will be a natural when it comes to customer service. With our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
Working in one of our departments, your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about. You don't need retail experience to join our family, but you do need to be a warm, friendly, hardworking, and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hardworking close team.
Working Hours: This position is from 9pm-6am, Monday to Friday, 36.75 hours per week.
Weekend Requirement: Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.
Pay Rates:
1. Under 18: £9.00
2. 18 – 20 years: £9.50
3. 21 – 22 years: £11.50
The Role: Our customers will be your main focus. As a Trading Customer Assistant, you could be replenishing stock, checking dates across our fresh produce and grocery products, as well as helping unload deliveries. You will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
Working Pattern: We have a variety of shift patterns available, and we will discuss your preferred availability with you as part of the interview process.
