We are looking for a fabulous volunteer to join our busy People & Development team, to give us a hand with our learning platform.
Your role would be to help with our learning platform design and creation.
Our office is a fast-paced one, with no day the same. This is a really exciting new role for us in the Charity, to help one of our busiest departments with their workload.
Whether you would like a career in IT and would use this as a platform or just want to give back and love working using your IT skill set, this is the volunteer role for you!
What will I be doing?
Assisting with our E-learning platform
What skills do I need?
* A friendly and enthusiastic approach and the ability to get on well with others
* Strong IT skills and knowledge
* Background or skills in platform design and creation
* Experience of Moodle
* Knowledge of inclusive and diverse technology use on platforms
* Methodical with good attention to detail
* Pro-active with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to tasks
* Ability to work as part of a team
* An organised approach to working and managing a project
How much time do I need to commit?
We would love our volunteer to be able to commit to one day a week, preferably a Tuesday in the office, although some work can be done remotely if you have your own IT equipment.
What support will I be given?
* The HR team will be on hand to support you in your role
* Receive an induction, training, and development for your role
* You’ll also have the opportunity to use our eLearning training system, with access to online courses

Where will I be based?
You will be based in our Head Office, located at Jones Court, Womanby Street, Cardiff, with some remote working if you have access to your own IT equipment.
