Product Adoption Specialist

The role
The Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote the effective adoption of Workplace Products among easyJet employees. The role aims to increase employee engagement, productivity, and digital dexterity, thus supporting the easyJet digital workplace business ambitions.
What you need to do the role
> Some years of experience within an IT department providing cross-functional IT management capabilities.
> Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption.
> Familiarity of Workplace Products and associated technology.
> High level of understanding of implementation or configuration management of Workplace Products.
> Experience in design thinking, including the development of persona and journey mapping.
> Experience in basic programming fundamentals to create for instance eLearning tools, tutorials, Share Point sites.
> Ability to facilitate discussions and training modules, as well as to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools to brainstorm creative solutions.
