As first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly and professional face of our organisation, providing a positive experience for tenants, visitors and colleagues. You’ll contribute to the seamless operation of our building by delivering exceptional reception and administration support, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. You’ll play a key part in fostering a “one team” culture, supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere for everyone who interacts with us. How you’ll make an impact: Being the first point of contact to greet and welcome visitors, notify the relevant person of their arrival, and ensuring any necessary building visitation inductions are completed when required Managing the reception switchboard, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including tracked, signed for international and processing a range of courier consignments Managing the access to the building through an access key card system Monitoring and actioning all service desk requests within the agreed SLA Maintaining appropriate levels of office stationery by ordering supplies as needed and ensuring the stock room is well-organised Actioning monthly internal building checks including keeping remedial information up to date Performing general administrative duties to support the wider Facilities team Ensuring meeting rooms are stocked and supplied and act as point of contact for maintenance and technical issues, referring to appropriate teams We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience of working in a busy reception/admin role Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately Ability to manage own workload and achieve deadlines/SLAs Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling.
