Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and spraying steel components to a high standard
* Using airless or conventional spray equipment
* Ensuring surfaces are prepped correctly before painting
* Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work meets specifications
* Following all health & safety guidelines in the workplace
* Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in industrial paint spraying, specifically on steel
* Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques
* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Willingness to work on a temp-to-perm basis
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
