Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Provide one-to-one or small group support to children who need additional help. Promote positive behavior and build strong relationships with pupils. Adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles. About You: Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting. A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
