A prominent civil engineering, groundworks, and infrastructure specialist operating in East Anglia and the Southeast of England is seeking a dedicated Civils Contracts Manager to join their team in Bury St Edmunds.
Salary
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £72,500 per annum + package.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and key performance indicators

Requirements

The working hours for this role are 07:30am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday.
