As an LSA, you will provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEND in both one-to-one and small group settings. Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored learning plans. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress. Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
