In this role, you'll manage key partners such as Amazon, Debenhams, and ASOS, helping them trade effectively and drive business growth. We're looking for someone with a strong data-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be instrumental in optimising performance, maximising profit, and managing risk. A natural communicator, you'll build strong relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders. Keep a relentless focus on the customer, to deliver a strong and engaging customer experience. Own the buy process for third party partners from buy sheet creation, range building, order submission through to product launch. Produce and analyse weekly, monthly and seasonal performance, lessons learnt & other ad hoc reports, identifying risks, opportunities & appropriate actions. Lead & present in weekly, monthly & seasonal performance review meetings. Deliver on department KPIs (cash sales, cash margin & budgeted costs) by managing sales performance, stock & intake to limit risk, potentialize profit & maximise opportunities. Manage marketplace's operationally from product set up, launch on site through to delivery to the end customer. Ensure efficient operations by providing accurate pick/despatch, sales & margin forecasts in key functions. Work closely with external agencies, to ensure Amazon product pages are best in class. Develops commercial knowledge through research and comp shops, keeping up to date with important industry knowledge to inform decision making. Take a hands-on approach to the line management of direct reports. Leading and coaching them within their roles, offering guidance and support where required. What we're looking for from the successful candidate… Experience working as a Junior Merchandiser, or established Assistant Merchandiser, ideally in a Third-Party fashion environment. A passion for influencing performance through data analysis. An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder, establishing productive internal and external relationships. A demonstrated ability in supporting direct reports. A genuine interest in industry trends, with good commercial knowledge.
