With extensive experience in the care sector, they founded the company with a shared commitment to deliver exceptional home care services in the following locations: Royal Wootton Bassett, Lyneham, Brinkworth, Purton, Lydiard, Bradenstoke, Goatacre, Hook, and Braydon.

Responsibilities of the Role
* Offer a full range of care and services to all clients following their personal care plan, including:
o Getting in and out of bed
o Washing and bathing
o Continence care
o Help with dressing
o Assisting at mealtimes and preparing drinks
o Administration of medication
o Completing house duties such as cooking, laundry, vacuuming, ironing, and other housework
Support clients to live as independently as possible through a personalized tailored approach in all daily activities, while ensuring the clients' dignity and privacy is maintained.
Ensure that care is provided to all clients with compassion and at the highest quality in compliance with the CQC framework of governance, compliance, and safeguarding policies.
Liaise with family members, other healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure responsibilities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Attend all relevant and compulsory training to continually improve skills and understanding.
Participate in all team meetings and one-on-one meetings for key communication and continued professional development.
Act as a mentor for new Carers if appropriate.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities
* A good level of written and oral English with the ability to accurately complete electronic daily logs.
* The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and adapt to meet different client requirements.
* Friendly and personable, with a passion for caring for vulnerable individuals.
* Understand professional boundaries of both clients and co-workers, along with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection laws.
* Ability to operate in a heavily regulated environment.
* Act as a role model through impeccable client, owner, and team member service.
* Commitment to continuing personal development and updating knowledge.
* High standards of personal presentation and hygiene, including uniform cleanliness and adherence to company policy regarding jewellery, nails, and hair.
* Use of a mobile device to manage schedules and keep in contact with the office.
* A full clean driving licence, with the ability to be mobile and travel in a timely fashion.
