Design and upload engaging stories, event details, and visual content like posters. Previous experience with social media management, including posting, scheduling, and responding to messages. Use Mailchimp to create and distribute e-newsletters, focusing on both content and imagery. Answer calls, take messages, and address general inquiries from the public. Assist with reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, handling deliveries, and answering general questions. Prepare and distribute information packs and other essential documentation. Provide helpful solutions to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Use strong written communication skills to engage a diverse audience creatively. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience using Canva for content creation. Previous experience in social media management, including posting, scheduling, and responding to messages. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to engage confidently and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
