We work with independent retailers, wholesalers, large chains, and international distributors, spreading the joy of leisure to all corners of the globe. In this role, you’ll focus on driving sales through effective stock and pricing management within the B2C eCommerce department. Your tasks will include demand planning, pricing, collaborating with the buying team, and helping grow the brand’s online presence. You’ll work closely with the Head of eCommerce to ensure B2C growth while analysing data, presenting insights, and managing stock forecasting. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage pricing strategies to increase sales and maximise profits. Forecast stock levels and adjust to meet demand. Work with the eCommerce and buying teams to keep product ranges competitive. Conduct regular pricing audits and track seasonal trends. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to drive success. Analyse data, provide insights and contribute to decision-making. Your Skills & Experience: Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and data analysis. A strong commercial mindset with the ability to extract insights from data. Passionate about eCommerce with a proactive approach. Some experience in a business environment, ideally with consumer products. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; CMS experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. What's in it for you?
