Payroll and HR Advisor
Location: Mildenhall and Felixstowe (1 day per week in Felixstowe)

Reports to: Finance Director
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will handle payroll preparation, manage time and attendance data, process expenses, and provide HR and payroll support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and input payroll data into Sage50, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain the Timenet/People HR time and attendance system.
• Address payroll queries and ensure all payroll documentation is up to date.
• Oversee HR system management and assist with onboarding new starters.
• Support the HR team with training, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with HR-related queries.
You Will Have:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Previous payroll or HR experience.
• Familiarity with payroll systems (Sage50) and HR software.
