Responsibilities
As a lecturer, you will deliver AS and A Level courses in English Language and the combined subject of English Language and Literature. You will collaborate with management, colleagues, and students to promote a culture of success, planning and implementing engaging lessons that motivate and support student learning. Your responsibilities will also include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and participating in departmental training and professional development activities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We are seeking candidates with previous experience teaching AS and A Level English Language and English Language and Literature (combined). We currently use WJEC board for English Language and AQA board for English Language and Literature. A strong academic background in English is essential, along with a recognised teaching qualification (L5 or above).
